Working with family members who are caring for a loved one diagnosed with an eating disorder. I know from personal experience how difficult this can be - you deserve support and understanding too.

Women's health issues, including teaching hypnobirthing techniques and relaxation for pregnancy.

Working with anxiety, self-esteem and self-confidence issues, particularly in women of perimenopausal/menopausal age. 

Using hypnotherapy relaxation techniques to help bring calmness and a chance to reset.

I work 1-to-1 with clients, both in person and via video call.
